Live Oak Marketplace is a 5+ acre property strategically located on Highway 284 adjacent to Pilgrim Bank and a Wal-Mart Supercenter in the southern part of Mount Pleasant. A Chili’s Grill & Bar (ground lease) is under construction (completion expected in June) on the property and there is interest from Starbucks for the remaining pad adjacent to Chili’s. We intend to build approximately 15,500 sq. ft. of retail space in response to the significant retail demand in the area.
