Farmersville Market Center

Farmersville Market Center is located at the southwest corner of U.S. Highway 380 and CR 607 in Farmersville along the rapidly growing Highway 380 corridor between McKinney, Texas and Greenville,  Texas. We have completed the first phase of the utility extensions and we will be starting the final phase of the utility construction shortly. We sold approximately 6 acres of the original 12.02 acre site to Brookshire Grocery Company for construction of a Brookshire Grocery Store. Brookshire’s is currently revising their market analysis of the area prior to beginning construction which is expected this year. Interest is high for the remaining property which includes a 52,000 sq. ft. corner and a 4 acre site for mini storage or some other industrial use.

We have 10 acres under contract adjacent to the Brookshire’s site in anticipation of the retail demand that will occur once the Brookshire’s Grocery Store begins construction.
