Greenville, Texas is popular among visitors who come to enjoy special events and holiday celebrations, or to spend an afternoon boating or fishing on a nearby lake. The downtown area of this Texas Main Street City features a large indoor mall and a variety of antique shops, boutiques and gift shops. A number of discount stores and department stores are located throughout the city.

Greenville Towne Center is a proposed 60-acre multi-use development in Greenville, Texas strategically located adjacent to a Home Depot Store with abundant frontage on IH 30 and Dent Road. All of the new residential growth in Greenville is occurring along Dent Road. Center Point Avenue, to be constructed by the City of Greenville, will form the western boundary of the project and will provide excellent ingress/egress from the IH 30 service road and Dent Road. We are in our due diligence and marketing phase and we expect to close on the property within the next two to three months.
